1. Copyright and DMCA

Lollipay complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

1.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to legal@lollipay.cc including:

1. Your name, address, and contact information.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform (URL or description).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

1.2 Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@lollipay.cc including:

1. Your name, address, and contact information.
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Florida if outside the US).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Lollipay will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

1.3 Repeat Infringers

Lollipay will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

2. Trademarks

2.1 Lollipay Trademarks

2.2 Merchant Trademarks

Merchants retain ownership of their trademarks. By using the platform, Merchants grant Lollipay a limited license to display their trademarks solely for the purpose of providing the services.

• They own or have valid licenses for all content they upload or sell.
• Their Products do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
